Development of a Territorial Educational Complex Model

Development of educational system on the basis of MBOU "Ilyino-Zaborsky basic school" and its structural unit is determined to provide equal conditions for the development of training and education of children and improving the quality of educational services and is achieved by creating a new model of rural local educational complex. The educational complex according to the projected model should provide equal conditions for students and pupils of the complex in the development of basic general education and additional general education programs. Selection criteria project ideas include: applicability of the model in rural schools; the possibility of rational use of the resource base of participants in the educational process; the structure of government; the extension of the realized levels of education; the variability of educational programs for pupils and students. Project development consists of three stages, each of which is described in a separate chapter. The first stage includes a pre-project study of models of educational complexes in the scientific literature, current legislation in the field of education, identification of existing models and their criteria. In the second phase explored the experience of creating regional educational complexes in Russia and Nizhny Novgorod region, the most successful models of large complexes, and centers of education and systems of models which correspond to the current model of the considered organization. The third stage involves studying the features of the existing model of the educational complex of MBOU "Ilino-Zaborskaya basic school", determining the problems and prerequisites for updating the model of the complex, choosing a project idea from among the considered models, developing and implementing the model of the educational complex itself and its management model.
