Annotation to the final qualifying work of V.N. Kiseleva "Building a system of professional development of teachers of a preschool educational organization." Final qualifying work - master's thesis in the direction of preparation 04/38/02 - "Management" educational program "Education Management" group 18 EE Scientific adviser Ph.D., Associate Professor of the Department of Venture Management, Faculty of Management, NRU HSE - Nizhny Novgorod N.G. Shubnyakov. In the final qualifying work, the problem of the development of teachers and educators of a preschool educational organization is considered. The author puts forward the idea that the creation of a system of professional development of preschool teachers will contribute to their professional development. In the course of studying the scientific and pedagogical literature on the research problem, it was concluded that “teacher development” should be considered as a holistic approach, taking into account the personal and professional potential of the preschool teacher. As part of a practical study on the basis of the Municipal Budgetary Preschool Institution "Kindergarten No. 145" Romashka ", the author has developed a system of professional development of preschool teachers, describes the directions, stages, components, implementation process, activities, and documents for its implementation. Key words: professional development, self-development, the system of development of preschool teachers.
