Design of the Supplementary Education Program “Moderation of Small Teams in Educational Projects”

Creation of new specialties and professional activities stimulate quantity increasing those where it is necessary to agree, come to a common denominator and develop movement strategy for a large number of participants. In the educational programs of the Higher School of Public Administration of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation such a track is project work [1], [2]. The result of magister work is the project of professional program for the formation and development of moderation competence of small groups on base of HSPA RANEPA. The paper considers the main models of pedagogical design, the principles of active learning, the terminological differences of the "professions of the future" and the methods of evaluating the results of educational activities. As part of the pre-project research the master's student analyzed the competitive environment, formed a portrait of the target audience, systematized the stages and tools of the moderator's work and refined the model for evaluation activities. The hypothesis of the final qualification work is the feasibility of developing its own educational program for the selection and training of students from among academic staff who are able to act as a moderator in the implementation of programs with elements of project work. Based on the received information as part of the pre-project study program construction was prepared, economic calculations were made, the plan for implementation of the educational program in RANEPA drawn up and feedback forms were clarified at various stages.
