The Project of an undergraduate program based on the model of integrated vocational-bachelor degree track

The purpose of the master theses is to develop a draft educational program for a practice-oriented bachelor's degree according to the model of integrated accelerated training college-university in the direction of Transport and operation of transport and technological complexes at the Kazan National Research Technical University named after A.N. Tupolev-KAI. At the stage of pre-project research, data on applicants for secondary vocational and higher education in various aspects, world and Russian experience in the implementation of practice-oriented programs were studied. The experience of introducing an applied bachelor's degree was studied also. The analysis of the labor market and the need for practice-oriented programs in the Republic of Tatarstan was carried out. The existing models for the implementation of accelerated programs based on secondary vocational education are described. The most effective organizational model for the implementation of practice-oriented programs of higher education has been determined. The result of the work is a draft of an experimental practice-oriented educational program at the Land Transport area, which partially meets the requirements of the current Federal state educational standards for higher education and secondary vocational education and requires for the "pilot" implementation of the regulatory and legal "excavation".
