The master's thesis is devoted to the problem of the global competitiveness of educational programs of Russian universities in the context of the transformation of the landscape of international student mobility. The analysis of empirical material, including the sociological survey conducted by the author of the work, made it possible to establish the attractiveness factors of Russian universities for students of economic and management areas of study. It was concluded that a feature of the modern educational market is not only competition in terms of creating comfortable conditions for living and studying of foreign students, but also a variety of educational programs, educational forms and technological solutions that ensure the quality of the educational process. The national policy in the field of epidemiological safety is also a factor of competitiveness. A possible effective channel for promoting Russian educational programs are projects of international economic cooperation, within the framework of which it is possible to form special offers for staff training on the basis of Russian universities. The results can be used to improve the process of attracting foreign students, optimizing the national policy for internationalization and increase the effectiveness of international programs of the universities.
