Project of Network Educational Programs for a Master’s Degree in Law

A draft of a new educational program of the master's level, implemented in a network form (hereinafter - SOP), in the profile: "Digital Law" for training lawyers for work in high-tech industries has been developed. The dominant factor in structuring the content of the SOP is individual educational trajectories, personification and practice-oriented orientation of training a future lawyer. SOP allows you to select separate blocks containing disciplines that form knowledge (hard skills) and form skills (soft skills). The SOP is open and can be supplemented with new profiles in response to emerging requests from stakeholders (stakeholders) of the project. The analysis of the need for the design of the SOP is carried out, alternative solutions for the design of the SOP are considered, the economic model of the SOP is substantiated, the conditions for its implementation are determined, the characteristics of the participants (partners) of the SOP are given, their functional and resource characteristics are proposed, the marketing solutions of the SOP are proposed. Requirements for the results of mastering the SOP are formulated and a competency model of the SOP graduate is developed.
