The project that we are submitting for defense is methodological recommendations on the organization, content and design concept of the Museum of the History of Russian Constitutions and Civic Culture (hereinafter referred to as the Museum). The purpose of our project is to contribute to the formation of civic consciousness. As part of the study, our goal will be realized by developing a number of recommendations on the definition of the concept of the museum and the management of its socio-cultural events. The pre-project study contains several thematic blocks. The pre-project study contains several thematic blocks. First of all, reflecting the essence of the formation of political culture in the history of our country and other states (USA, Finland and Great Britain). In the chapter, where the project itself is presented, the idea, the conditions for its appearance, implementation features and possible prospects are presented. The most important part of the recommendations is the approximate thematic planning of educational events. The applied conclusions of the study were clarified taking into account the realities of the modern school and coordinated with the normative legal documents in the field of civic education. The museum presented in the framework of a project study is an attempt to create an effective synthesis of solutions that will influence both the growth of students' awareness of existing civic and political institutions and form their long-term motivation for an active civic life. In our work, we consider the museum as a modern space that offers competitive and demanded technologies to representatives of our target audience that increase emotional involvement in the general logic of our events. The basis of the museum's exposition is a political history that describes the problematic field of the development, adoption and existence of Russian constitutions. The museum will not only tell and show the history of the Constitution, but also teach you to look at the motives of the leading actors in the political process. It is also important for us to awaken in schoolchildren the desire to look at the implementation of political ideas in practice, to build relationships arising from the provisions prescribed in the Constitution. keywords: political ignorance, civic culture, civic socialization, educational function of the museum, constitutionalism, the Constitution of the Russian Federation, interagency interaction.
