International Legal Regulation of Environmental Entrepreneurship: Interstate Interaction and Development Prospects of Legal Institution in Russia

This final qualifying work is devoted to environmental entrepreneurship - a promising area of development of Russian legislation. The relevance is based on the fact that both in Russia and in the World environmental issues are considered as the most important. The thesis analyzes the national legislation in the field of supporting economic activities for environmental protection, identifies the requirements and procedures that need to be optimized and simplified. Proposed amendments to the environmental legislation of Russia: addition of the conceptual framework, expansion and specification of legal support mechanisms. The paper analyzes the experience of Belgium, Great Britain, Norway, Germany, the United States, Japan and other countries in the legislative regulation of environmental entrepreneurship. The author suggests the implementation of the selected successful international experience in the regulation of environmental entrepreneurship in the regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation.
