Individual Contractual Regulation of Labor Relations in the Digital Economy

Digitalization and globalization of the economy, automation of production processes, the introduction of artificial intelligence mechanisms in the activities of organizations are affecting on the labor relations invariably. In recent years, non-standard forms of employment of the population and new methods of interaction between the employee and the employer are actively beginning to appear, flexible labor contracts are being developed and increasingly applied in practice. In this regard, the main mechanism for regulating labor rights and obligations is the process of individual contractual regulation of labor relations, the process of creating individual legal acts based on the joint will of employees and employers. This master's dissertation is a comprehensive study of the impact of the digital economy on the individual contractual regulation of labor relations. The work is aimed at identifying the features of individual contract regulation, analyzing different agreements, which used in the process of labor interaction between an employee and an employer. Based on the results of the study, problems were identified in the area under study and proposals were formed for making changes to the current legislation, which that can improve the law-making and law-enforcement process.
