This thesis is devoted to the issues and problems of sports law, the activities of sports courts. There is still no consensus about sports law as a branch of law, which can serve as an obstacle to resolving issues. Sports law is known for its autonomy. Due to the fact that the CAS was not created by the state, there are problems with the execution of decisions. In addition, problems with the execution of decisions arise for other reasons: the compulsion of an arbitration clause, the absence of judges. These issues were considered in the work. Options for solving problems with the recognition of CAS solutions were proposed.
