Problems of the Interrelation of Private and Public Interests in Civil Legal Relations

The study is devoted to the fundamental problem of the relationship between private and public interests in law. The author investigates the genesis of the concept of "legal interest", the history of the development of private and public and the economic and legal transformation of their relationship. Based on the studied judicial practice and doctrinal sources, the author identified the main problems of the balance of interests in civil law relations, identified and structured the main ways to achieve a balance of private and public interests and proposed measures to improve it.
