Final qualifying work on the topic: "Analysis of the behavior of insiders in the securities market" Author: Vyacheslav S. Alexandrov, 4th year student, educational program "Economics", National Research University "Higher School of Economics" The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a list of references and an appendix. The introduction reveals the relevance of the chosen topic, describes the goals and objectives of the certification work. The first chapter presents the results of empirical research on the possibility of creating excess returns by following insider transactions. Hypotheses that will be tested in this paper are also put forward and justified The second chapter is devoted to the research methodology itself, as well as to sorting and filtering data, and the procedure for checking insiders for creating excess profitability. The third chapter describes the results of the work and forms conclusions on the verification of insider transactions. The work consists of 44 pages of typewritten text, 11 appendices. 20 sources were used for writing.
