Legal Status of the Russian Federation State Corporations as a Rule-making Subjects

In the thesis the author defines the concept of "state corporation", classifies existing state corporations, explores how the concept has changed over time in Russia, compares corporations. Further, the author identifies the state corporations authorities in regulatory environment and determines what place their rule making takes in the legislation of the Russian Federation.
