Administrative Problems of Permitting Proceedings in the Field of Construction in the Russian Federation

Permitting proceedings are a special institution in the administrative law of the Russian Federation. To carry out a variety of business transactions in entrepreneurial activity, it is necessary to comply with the requirements of licensing procedures by the subject subjects. The permitting activity covers the construction industry. The purpose of the research in this work is to identify theoretical and practical problems of permitting activity in construction. In the work, ways of solving the identified problems will be proposed. Also, the work will assess whether the mechanisms of licensing procedures existing in the legislation of the Russian Federation are exhaustive and effective.

Student Theses at HSE must be completed in accordance with the University Rules and regulations specified by each educational programme.
