The theme of the graduation qualification work is "Contract on the Integrated Development of the Territory as a Way of Developing the Territories (Greenfield Development)." In this research work, the concept and features of the integrated development of the territory were revealed. The purpose is to study the legal regulation in the field of integrated development of the territory. In this regard, an analysis of the legal nature of the contract for the integrated development of the territory was carried out, the legal grounds for the emergence of relations between public and private entities were investigated, the features of the contract for the integrated development of the territory were highlighted, and the advantages and problems inherent in the integrated development of the territory were identified, options for optimizing this legal mechanism were proposed.
