Legal Aspects of Media Platform's Operation

This research focuses on problems associated with the legal regulation of the activities of media platforms. Nowadays there is a wide spread of online platforms in various spheres of social life. A media platform is a type of online platform primarily associated with the transmission of information on the Internet. The author formulated the definition of the media platform, and also identified the classification inherent in them. In addition, the intellectual legal regime of the media platform was also identified. It should be recognized as an object of intellectual property rights, in particular, a composite work or a complex object.
