Limits of the Principle of Prohibition of Discrimination in Russian Law

This work is devoted to the study of the limit of action of the principle of prohibition of discrimination in Russian law. The author defines the concept, forms and types of discrimination, and also studies the legal regulation of the principle of prohibition of discrimination and its implementation. The object of the research is social relations developing in the area of prohibition of discrimination. The subject of scientific research is the limits of the principle of prohibition of discrimination in the Russian Federation.
