Problems of Legal Regulation of Relations on the Use of Domain Names

This study attempts to identify the main problems of legal regulation of relations on the use of domain names. The author refers to the recent court practice of domain disputes in an attempt to find out whether the current legislation ensures that the balance of interests of exclusive rights holders and owners of rights to a domain name is maintained.
