This paper examines the impact of the COVID-19 and the acts of state authorities aimed at the non-proliferation of viral infection. It is proposed to issue a draft Resolution of the Plenum of the Supreme Court, which will set out the key legal positions of the courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts on the application of civil legislation in the context of the COVID-19.
