The Problems of Proving in Trial with Participation of Jurors

The consolidation of the constitutional right of citizen to participate in court and in the delivery of a verdict has led to numerous discussions in the legislative system of the Russian Federation. The powers of the judicial jurors - not following the word of the Law and follow to their experience of daily life have led to significant problems in the criminal process system. Despite the positive aspects of the participation of the jurors in the trial, the jurors has a number of negative aspects. One of the problems is the problem of proof in trial with the participation of jurors.Thus, the paper is devoted to the study of the problem of proof in court with jurors.The paper examines the subject of the problem of proof in court with jurors, establishe the key terms,as well as the historical datum and the root of the problem.
