Compliance Creditors Rights on Current Payments in Bankruptcy Proceedings

This thesis contains theoretical and practical analysis of the regulations on issues related to the protection of the rights and legitimate interests of creditors on current payments in bankruptcy proceedings. There are about the concept of current payments, comparison of current and registered claims are considered, the order of satisfaction, the ways of protecting the rights of creditors are determined. Moreover, judicial practice on controversial issues related to the satisfaction of creditors claims for current obligations is presented, and solutions to the identified problems are proposed.
