The exclusive right to the results of intellectual property and the means of individualization equated to them, being a property right, may not only be subject to foreclosure in the process of bankruptcy proceedings but also be an extremely valuable asset. In this research work, an attempt was made to systematize and analyze issues related to the fate of intellectual property objects in bankruptcy proceedings. also identified certain problematic aspects and legislative gaps were also identified to develop proposals for improving regulation in the stated topic.
