The main goal of the work is to search for abnormal pricing during the Brexit period on the London Stock Exchange in comparison with the markets of other countries. The object of the research is the profitability of key stock market indices in different countries in the six-month period from the referendum on June 24, 2016. The subject of research is event analysis. The event is supposed to take the date of the referendum in the UK on June 24, 2016 and related news. The presence of abnormal returns in a specific event window will reveal the impact of Brexit on returns. The presented work differs in that it examines regions geographically remote from the Kingdom and their reaction to voting, while most of the research is focused on the nearest countries. In addition, various regression scoring models are applied to study market response more closely.
