Year of Graduation: 2021

The secondary real estate market is a dynamically developing market in 2020-2021. Pricing in the real estate market depends on the demand of buyers and the supply of sellers, but the main factors that affect the cost of housing are expressed in the physical characteristics of the apartment and the building in which it is located. Demand in the secondary residential real estate market in September 2020 increased by 50% compared to demand in the same season in 2019. The pandemic stimulated the demand for residential real estate not only in the primary market, but also in the secondary market. The conducted multidimensional statistical analysis will help to identify the main factors that affect the cost of two-room apartments in the Moscow region.
