The problem of managing the production capacity of a gold mining company, as well as its solution, is an urgent task for the industry. It is required to take into account the need for all economic factors, which forces to constantly resort to increasing the productive capacity of an already small number of enterprises. The main characteristics that determine the specifics of control and management of aggregate production, as well as the methods of financing activities - are the specifics of the gold mining industry and its forming enterprises.
