Effectiveness Valuation of Digitalisation Projects in the Oil and Gas Industry

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness of digitalization programs in the oil and gas industry. The study is conducted on a sample of completed and planned digitalization projects in 10 subsectors of oil and gas production, processing, transportation and marketing. As one of the methods for studying the effectiveness of digitalization projects, the investment attractiveness of projects was assessed based on the financial model of an integrated enterprise. Approaches to assessing project financing are used to analyze the effect of project implementation. The result of the study is a quantitative and qualitative assessment of the results of the project implementation along the entire oil and gas value chain.
