Using Mathematical Programming Tools Logistics/Supply Chain Management Optimization

The main purpose of the work. Improving the level of logistics services in the distribution network of M.Video - Eldorado Group by developing an algorithm for reorganizing the distribution network. The object of the research is the Group "M.Video - Eldorado" The subject of the research is the distribution network of M.Video - Eldorado Group. The work consists of an introduction, three chapters, a conclusion and a bibliography. The work takes 76 pages, including 35 graphs and 10 tables. The introduction provides general information about the study. The first chapter examines the economic and logistics activities of the company, identifies the main problems. In the second chapter, foreign and domestic literature is considered, an algorithm is developed. In the third chapter, the algorithm is applied in practice and the economic result is assessed. In the conclusion, a conclusion is made about the results of the work.
