This study will focus on improving the inventory management process of the Russian subsidiary of the American cosmetics company Estée Lauder Company LLC, which will result in improved service levels and lower costs for the corporation. The subject of this work is the logistics activities of the Russian branch of Estée Lauder Company LLC, this includes identifying problems associated with the company's logistics activities. The purpose of this work is to analyze the economic activities of the company, its financial indicators, as well as to identify the main problem areas of the logistics activities of the enterprise.
