Logistics Provider Digital Transformation Based on Control Tower Methodology

In this paper an analysis of the logistics activities of the trading and production holding "Instrument" and its impact on the competitiveness of products in the DIY market was carried out. Digital transformation was chosen as a focus vector in the development of the logistics activities of the holding, which makes it possible to eliminate the identified problems, improve the level of service and achieve strategic goals through the implementation of the Control Tower concept.
