The purpose of this work is to develop an approach to the management of consulting projects for optimizing the distribution network based on the analysis and subsequent systematization of literature sources, as well as the application of the developed approach on the example of the network optimization project of a production company. The relevance of the chosen topic lies in the fact that in modern business conditions, the stages of project implementation are increasingly monitored from various aspects: budget indicators, deadlines, risks inherent in the project, and the parameters of the project team formation. From the point of view of theory, there are quite a large number of separate studies on project management, risk management, and human resource management, however, at the moment there is no comprehensive approach to project management that would take into account all the above aspects. That is why the relevance of this work is to systematize the existing knowledge in various fields, as well as to develop a new integrated approach to the management of network optimization projects.
