The study attempts to examine the policies of Russia, China and Turkey towards the Kyrgyz Republic within the "smart power" theory and through the comparative analysis method application in order to identify factors that determine the choice of one or another tool of influence, as well as to reproduce the latter in the form of the "smart power" model of the state.
