Influence of Marketing Research Effectiveness on the Quality of Radioelectronic Devices

Currently, quality is the most important competitive advantage and the process of creating reliable electronic devices can not do without marketing activities. In this paper, the question of the influence of marketing activities as part of the quality management system on the quality of radio-electronic devices is considered. The study allows you to calculate the production quality factor from the point of view of the implementation of quality management principles, which include scientific and marketing research, identify «blind» spots and establish a list of measures for improvement. The total volume of work is 74 pages, including 11 tables, 9 figures, and 66 Appendices.
