Civil Law Regime of Insider Information

The purpose of this study is to study the civil law regime of insider information, to analyze the current Russian system of measures of responsibility for the misuse of this information, to identify gaps in the law that exist in the regulatory regulation of this issue. To achieve this goal, it is necessary to solve the following tasks for the study: "the concept, essence and civil meaning of information; "insider information as an object of civil rights; ""persons who are obliged to compensate for losses caused as a result of the illegal use of insider information (insiders) in the legislation of the Russian Federation; "" persons who are obliged to compensate for losses caused as a result of the illegal use of insider information (insiders) in the legislation of foreign countries; "civil liability for the illegal use of insider information in the Russian Federation.
