Features of the Legal Status of Creditors whose Claims are Secured by a Pledge of the Debtor's Property in Bankruptcy

This research is devoted to the study of the legal status of secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. The author carried out a complete analysis of scientific literature, judicial practice and legal norms in order to provide the most complete and comprehensive coverage of issues related to the priority position of secured creditors in bankruptcy proceedings, its validity and the features of the application of relevant legal norms in the practice of Russian courts.
