The Efficiency of the Creative Industry Sphere Policy in the Conditions of Life of the Russian Federation

This work is focused on the investigation of the efficiency of government policy in the sphere of creative industries in Russia. The author puts forward a hypothesis of existing of some specific circumstances of realization of this policy that affect negatively on the development of creative clusters, which is one of the most perspective areas of creative industries. Different cases of making of creative clusters are also discussed in the work. Moreover, the peculiarity of the Russian policy in creative sphere is identified here. As the result of the investigation, some recommendations about changes of the state document circulation in the sphere of creative industries are offered.
