Gamification as a Trend of Promoting New Educational Technologies in the Media

This paper is devoted to the study of gamification methods as a new educational technology. The purpose of the work is to identify and analyze the leading methods of gamification in education, to analyze the current methods of promoting education in the media. The main hypothesis of the study: it is assumed that the promotion of gamification as a new educational technology with the help of media will increase the interest in learning, namely in online education, and also increase the motivation of students. The author of the work studied the process of introducing gamification into modern educational technologies, analyzed the practical effectiveness of using gamification techniques in modern media, and conducted a comparative analysis of the most popular electronic educational platforms in the media. The author also conducted a study based on a survey of respondents about the need, effectiveness and importance of gamification in the modern educational process, including in online schools. The volume of the thesis is 131 pages, and includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion, bibliography and appendices. Our hypothesis is confirmed by the conducted research.
