Educational Programes Producing in the Digital Environment (on the Example of Media-based Online Courses)

The topic of digitalization of education has been featured in scientific discourse for several years, but the difference between online courses and full-time education was studied in detail not so long ago, special attention was paid to this in 2020, due to the fact that the educational environment has undergone major changes associated with the transition. a large number of programs in an online format caused by such an external factor as coronavirus infection, so the current task is to conduct a number of studies aimed at updating knowledge about new educational products. Thus, the relevance of the topic of the final qualifying work is due to the need to consider online courses based on media as a separate educational product, as well as a phenomenon of the media environment. The object of the research is educational programs in a digital environment based on online media. The subject of our research is the management, legal and ethical aspects of educational programs in a digital environment based on online media. The purpose of the study is to identify the features of the production of educational programs in a digital environment based on media. The main methods of this study were typology and classification, comparative analysis. Case studies and expert interviews were used as complementary research methods. As a result of the study, the distinctive features of producing online courses based on media were identified and key trends in the development of educational programs in a digital environment based on media were identified. On their basis, recommendations were developed for planning and launching your own online educational project based on media.
