Barriers to Agile Project Management

This research paper analyzes the barriers to agile transformation in companies. The paper highlights the theoretical issues of agile transformation in an organization, indicating barriers and shortcomings, then analyzes a number of agile transformation key cases, within which the barriers to agile use were highlighted. Based on this, the study developed guidelines for the implementation of agile in the organization, which are aimed at integrating agile practices into the existing classical project management.
