Approach Development to Knowledge Management in a IT - company

The work is devoted to the development of an approach to knowledge management in the project IT company GreenData LLC. The final qualifying work consists of an introduction, three chapters and a conclusion. The first chapter "Knowledge Management in Enterprises" examines theoretical issues, approaches, and tools for using the concept of knowledge management in enterprises. It provides an overview of existing and applied methodologies, examines models, tools and practices related to the KM concept, and proposes a conceptual model and a maturity assessment model for knowledge management in companies engaged in project activities in the IT industry. The second chapter "Knowledge Management in GreenData LLC" is devoted to the analysis of the existing architecture of the enterprise in question and the identification of problems associated with KM processes in it. It contains a description of the company itself, its main business processes, organizational structure, and existing problems. This chapter also provides an assessment of the maturity of the selected enterprise in terms of the KM concept. The third chapter "Implementation of the approach to knowledge management" describes the expected future state of the business processes of LLC "GreenData", including the same models that were discussed in the second chapter, but considering the introduction of the concept of KM. Completing the example of adapting the KM in company is the element for knowledge transfer, monitoring, and mentoring as part of the probationary process for a new employee of the company.
