Project management practices are used to increase the chances of success for change. As a result of the analysis of the object of research - the project of replication of organizational changes to the enterprises of the holding - a weak side was identified in the low level of project competencies among the leaders of the directions. In this regard, within the framework of this work, the goal was set to solve the problem of an applied nature to develop approaches and tools for transparent project management-replication with a low level of project management team competencies and an increasing pace of project implementation. The developed approaches and tools are presented in the project part of the work and are used by the project team at the moment.
