International relations with the states of Latin America have presented a great challenge of preserving political stability and response on preposition system risks in military and political sphere that might arise between various countries. The majority of research that currently are available explores this issue from the one-sided perspective or bilateral. The proposed research aims to provide a point of view on the issue by developing a new analytical tool such as parallel analysis that would give the insight of contemporary relations with the states of this region throughout comparison the Russian-Brazilian and Russian-Argentine affairs. We take advantage of the vast data set of the military trade deals between these parties and drastic list of acting treaties published by the Institute of Latin America. This data is then used to apply case-study and event analysis in the international relations, while also using historical-descriptive approach to establish the reasons of preposition modern affairs and their future.
