Organizations succeed in project implementation when they have an understanding of the current state of project management processes within the company, adhere to a uniform methodology and standards for project activities, and PMO can and should play a vital role in achieving these goals. The choice of office model and functions should be determined by the type of projects and the organization's level of maturity in project management. The research work is aimed at drawing up practical recommendations for organizing the activities of the project management office in the company, taking into account the existing system and the level of maturity of project management. The theoretical and practical significance of the study lies in the application of the developed recommendations in the company "Lumma Retail Group" for organizing the activities of the project office and increasing the level of project maturity of the organization.
