Creative Industries in Russian Regions (Cities)

The research analyzes the local and foreign experience in the development of creative industries, identifies features and intercountry differences, examines methodological approaches, tools and characteristics of current situations of creative industries and its way for the development in Russian regions. Cultural and creative sectors have been significantly damaged by the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. This thesis examines the crisis's impact on the creative sectors so far, as well as the policy solutions that have been intended to help the sector.
