This final paper is devoted to the processes of developing and producing a series of podcasts about the psychological problems of adolescence in the production aspect, both from the theoretical and practical side. The purpose of this media product is to help high school students develop their attitude to the problems faced by most members of this age group through a confidential conversation with more adult and experienced people (an expert and three presenters), as well as an appeal to works of Russian classical literature from the school curriculum of grades 9-11. In the theoretical part of this work, the boundaries of the professional activity of a producer in the media industry, as well as aspects of his work as a creator and as a manager, are considered. In the project part of the work, the features of the podcast production process at all stages are analyzed: pre-production, production, post-production, distribution. The creative part describes the final concept, the project team and functional responsibilities, and the timeline.
