Peculiarities of B2B Demand for Video News From Russia in European Market (On the Example of the Video News Agency Ruptly)

This graduation paper aims to identify the peculiarities of B2B demand for video news from Russia in European market, using the analysis of the work of the Ruptly news agency as an example. To attain the stated goal, such methods as study and generalisation of literature, statistical analysis and expert interview have been employed. The first part of the research is connected to the description of the peculiarities of work of the news agencies located in Russia. In the second part the analysis of the "video on demand" distribution system is presented. Besides, the paper explores the way the international video news agency Ruptly works and provides its visual content to the clients. The results of the research determine the common features in the work of video news agencies located in Russia, as well as demonstrate the data related to the demand for such type of visual content in foreign market.
