Impact of Culture on HR Communication in International Food Processing Companies Operating in Foreign Developed and Emerging Markets Exemplified by Kellogg's Company in the UK and India

The aim of our current study was to study the impact of culture on HR communication in international food processing companies operating in foreign developed and emerging markets exemplified by Kellogg's company in the UK and India. In our thesis, we took the object as HR communication in international companies, and the subject as the role of culture in HR communication in international food processing companies on different markets. The sample taken was 20 employees; 10 employees from the UK and 10 employees from India. According to the results that we obtained using in-depth interviews, all the hypotheses have been confirmed except for one and for that, the study has contradicting evidence. The results become meaningful in the context of changing scenario of modern society particularly in the UK and in India.
