To stay competitive in today’s world, international firms must integrate digital technologies into their businesses. It is especially relevant for companies operating in the FMCG industry. With the help of Procter & Gamble case study and the general overview of FMCG industry’s examples of digital transformation, we examined the specifics of digital transformation strategies in international FMCG companies and provided the recommendations for the implementation of digital transformation strategies in the home and host markets.
