Socio-Political Potential of Educational Cooperation in Relations between China and Central Asian Countries in 2013-2020 (on the Example of Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan)

The work is devoted to the study of the socio-political significance of educational cooperation between China and the countries of Central Asia for the development of bilateral relations. Three main formats of educational cooperation are considered, namely inter-university interaction, cooperation within the Confucius Institutes and the USCO. With the help of the theory "moral realism" of Yan Xuetong, the important role of international educational cooperation in bringing China's values ​​to the international level and establishing communication between the peoples of China and the countries of Central Asia is outlined.
