Сompetitiveness Factors of Russian and Foreign Online Education Platforms

In this paper, the market of online education, in particular mass open online courses, is considered, its main trends and characteristic features are highlighted. The leading online education platforms in the international and Russian markets were identified, and the key indicators of their competitiveness were identified and analyzed. The result of the work was a comprehensive analysis of online education platforms, and suggested ways to improve Russian providers of mass open online courses.
