Digital transformation is one of the key drivers of large-scale changes in many business functions, however, while providing fast moving consumer goods companies (FMCG) with unprecedented opportunities for growth and development, it also contributes to volatile market conditions, influencing consumer preferences and forcing companies to adapt. That is why the effectiveness of transformation strategies and the introduction of digital tools for transforming business processes is an essential condition for maintaining a high level of competitiveness of international FMCG companies. This study aims to prove the hypothesis that the introduction of digital transformation tools to the business processes of FMCG companies leads to an improvement in the financial performance of these companies and provides them with stable growth and development.
